Baconfest is Sold out for Saturday the 25th and Sunday the 26th of July. The South African Baconfest celebrates the love of bacon at La Bottega Restaurant at Buchanan square 160 Sir Lowry Rd, Woodstock in Cape Town.
The event is one afternoon sitting, where you can pig out to your heart’s content, on all dishes presented including 2 x 500ml Brannas Draught beer for the price of R250 a ticket.

Pork and bacon slider, Pork and Bacon Frikkadels, Mini pork and bacon pizza, Mealies wrapped in bacon on a stick, Candied bacon, Pork chops wrapped in bacon with an apple bacon sauce, Potato salad with bacon, Pigs in a bacon blanket, Bacon Popcorn and crackling. There is a full bar available, as well as the entire beer range on tap from Boston Breweries. The Springboks vs The All Blacks game will be shown on our big screens so you don’t have to miss the match. Kick off at 5pm.

Please note it is a sit down and eat function and no take away will be permitted. Surplus food will be donated to the St Annes Home for pregnant abused homeless women and children in Woodstock.
