Green Point Gay Village Party Precinct
(Napier, Coburn & Liddle Streets adjoining Somerset Rd)
1.00 -8.00pm. R30 at the Door...all money goest to Gay Pride...
This year Pride CT comes back home to the Gay Village! Following the Pride Parade (12pmto2pm) earlier in the day, The Pride Village Fair Day will be happening in the streets of the gay neighbourhood on Saturday 3rd March 2012, from 1.00pm. It has been a few years since Pride held a street party so there is a lot of excitement about this homecoming. Parts of Napier, Coburn & Liddle Streets bordering on Somerset ...Rd (From Crew to Beefcakes) will be transformed into a space for a mother party. Partygoers will also be able to enjoy a drink at their favourite village venue within the Party Precinct. In another innovation, each street will have its own stage offering a wider range of live entertainment and DJs to suit all tastes.
As always there will be a selection of fab food stalls as well as a mini-market. Please show your support/ Look forward to seeing you all there.
